2:00 – 3:00 PM – Guide meeting at the Antelope Valley Fire Department. Note this is for guides only.
4:30 – 6:30 PM – Registration at the Antelope Valley Fire Department. Hot Dogs & Ice Cream Social. Pick up your Rider Registration Packet. At this time, you will be able to confirm, make changes or ask questions about your rides. You will also be able to pre-order sack lunches for tomorrow’s ride.
6:30 PM – Opening ceremony and welcome by President and Event Chairperson.
7:00 – 8:00 AM – Continental breakfast at the Antelope Valley Fire Department.
7:00 – 7:30 AM – Pick up your sack lunches if you ordered one. Pre-order sack lunches for tomorrow’s ride.
8:00 AM – Meet at designated locations for UTV rides - all rides meet at times and locations found on the Ride Location sheet in your registration packet.
8:00 AM – Rides take place after this time. Exact length of ride is determined by the ride itself and the number of riders per ride.
4:00 PM – Your personal time to have dinner at one of our fine restaurants, meet with new-found friends, and get some sleep for tomorrow's ride!

5:30 – 9:00 PM – BBQ sampler dinner at the Antelope Valley Fire Department. BBQ is provided by our local BBQ restaurant, Mountainview BBQ! Please note: You must purchase meal tickets for this dinner.
6:30 – 9:00 PM – Closing celebration. Door prizes and raffle!
– Travel home or stay an extra day or two and explore the Eastern Sierra.
