Cancellation Policy

Requests received more than 60 days prior to the Jamboree, will receive a 100% refund.
Requests received between 60 and 45 days prior to the Jamboree, will receive a 50% refund.
Requests received less than 45 days prior to the Jamboree will not receive a refund.
No–Shows will not receive a refund.
Note: Stride Events charges a processing fee that we have no control of.
Therefore, we cannot refund this fee. We are sorry for any inconvenience.


The Jamboree is held at the Antelope Valley Fire Department in Coleville. All rides originate and terminate from this location. Rides with different trail heads will still meet at the fire department and caravan to the trail head.

The Jamboree is limited in the number of riders allowed.

The registration fee is per rider.

All minors (17 and under) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on all rides.

You may purchase additional Meal Tickets for individuals accompanying registered riders but not taking part in the daily rides. You must present your proof of purchase at the time of the meal.
